Most scientific questions, as well as social and mathematical problems have enjoyed wide concern and interest during the recent decades, having as a result to be partly or wholly solved. On the contrary, a problem affecting human liberties, the prevention of the right of people in Cyprus to enjoy their own property and preserve their human rights remains unsolved for more than 34 years.
