February 2018

February was a fast dying candle filled with silences and fever dreams.
          & I waited for you:

  • I waited, stretching the nights and filling them with stardust and echoes of untroubled times.
  • I self-stitched myself, scattered the phoenix ashes, let the ocean leak from my eyes.
  • I wrote poetry on sea-rocks and let the tide whisper my secrets.

There is still fight in me; and I will go out with a bang.

  • You see, I don’t want to drown anymore. I want infinities and poetry and starlit love.

February died away so fast. And it’s almost spring now.
It’s time… Time to breathe. Time to believe again.
